On behalf of PHS I would like to proudly present our newest PHS Ambassador Bec Stoneman. I first met Bec at Equitana and was immediately drawn to her passion and charming personality! Her care for the horses is paramount, her focus on correctly fitting saddles is an important focus and I am very much looking forward to working with Bec on future campaigns.
I think we are going to have a lot of fun together!
A FEW WORDS WITH REBECCA STONEMAN.
I have always loved and ridden horses but it wasn't until I met my husband Daniel, who is also a keen rider, that I bought my first horse. She was an Off The Track thoroughbred who taught me everything I know today. Since then, I am heavily involved in endurance riding which has lead me to buy, four beautiful Arabian horses. I have completed the Tom Quilty three times which is Australia’s most prestigious endurance race.

I love endurance, riding through the Australian countryside, especially as the sun is coming up is truly magical. As with any horse sport it requires many hours of training, which makes it all the sweeter when you complete a ride.

I am also passionate about the racing industry. I was the Myer Fashions on the Field ambassador for the Melbourne Cup Carnival. This was a fantastic experience to mix my love of fashion with racing. I was also proud to be the ambassador for Equitana 2014.
While I enjoy getting dressed up for the races, the horses are what drives me to the track.
Thoroughbreds really are the most magnificent, versatile creatures in the world! I also love following their careers once they have retired from racing. My goal for the future is to qualify my endurance horses to have one ready for the 2016 Tom Quilty in Victoria.

They are luxurious, elegant and of the highest quality, but most importantly they are made to fit my horse and can be adjusted as many times as needed as my horse changes.
With the extreme amount of hours I spend in the saddle for endurance, the most important thing for me, is that the saddle fits my horse. The slightest incorrect fit can result in your horse vetting out at a competition. I love how my Amazone saddle has a cut away shoulder, allowing for full range of movement. My horse doesn’t need to adjust his trot to work around the saddle, the saddle with him.
I look forward to working with PHS team on some exciting campaigns in the future!
