We have successfully fitted brand new saddles, and refitted and adjusted saddles, remotely for many years when it's not possible to get one our certified saddle fitters out to your location in Australia or Internationally. We do so by using photographs and videos, and asking the clients to take horse measurements.
With decades of saddle fitting experience, Peter can determine what saddle adjustments are required via the our online form and the photos provided. If the saddle is requiring an adjustment, a Horobin family member will contact you to discuss this, outline any adjustment fees and then we will ask for you to send your saddle to us for the adjustments to be made. Once we complete these adjustments, we then send the saddle back home to you.
